__________ School choice has become a serious educational problem. To solve this problem, we must stick to the balanced development. The government should offer more support to weak schools and have the teachers exchange among all the schools.
__________ The government’s unwillingness to spend enough money on education makes key schools turn to parents for money to build new buildings and increase teachers’ income, widening the gap between key schools and common schools. Therefore, in order to realize the balance of education, the government should offer more help to weak schools.

Doctors say anger can be an extremely damaging emotion, unless you learn how to deal with it. They warn that anger can lead to heart disease, stomach problems, headaches, emotional problems and possibly cancer.
______ Some people express anger openly in a calm reasonable way. Others burst with anger, and scream and yell. But other people keep their anger inside. They can not or will not express it. This is called repressing anger.
For years many doctors thought that repressing anger was more dangerous to a person’s health than expressing it. They said that when a person is angry, the brain releases the same hormones (荷尔蒙). They speed the heart rate, raise blood pressure, or sugar into the blood, etc. ______
Some doctors say that both repressing and expressing anger can be dangerous. They believe that those who express anger violently may be more likely to develop heart disease, and they believe that those who keep anger inside may face a greater danger of high blood pressure.

When I walked into the house after school, the first thing I noticed was a box with items I recognized from my dad’s office. When he told me that he was laid off, I thought he was joking. Then I noticed his seriousness and realized he was telling the truth. My father has always been a hard worker. He has prided himself on his career.I guess I had taken his work for granted.
For starters, he was home all the time. It meant my bed had to be made, my room cleaned up, and my homework done right after school. I would come home every day to find him at the computer searching for jobs.He seemed down, though he tried to be optimistic. He asked my brother and me to spend less. I gave up my spending money, which wasn't much. I also found a part-time job.
He explained that he never wanted to be laid off again, so he was going to start his own business. Day by day, I watched him build it. One evening I asked if he needed help. “Only if it doesn't affect school,” he said. I showed up at his office the next afternoon, and most afternoons after that for two months.
The terrible experience for our family taught me how to deal with difficulties. Now I know that through creative problem-solving, I can always find Plan B. I can ask for help and take risks. What I have learned from my dad’s understanding of business and his work ethic(信条)are two of the most important lessons I will ever learn. And they will be my principles for success.
A. Providing for our family has been his joy.
B. I made every effort to solve his problems.
C. I began to notice how losing his job had affected him.
D. My father's unemployment created many changes in our lives.
E. After months of searching, my dad decided to go in a totally different direction.
F. His courage and determination helped him to become successful in his new career.
G. I always knew he was a hard worker, but watching him in action influenced me a lot.

“Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished.” ---Lao Tzu
If you are in a city where everyone rushes, realize that you don’t have to be like everyone else. You can be different. You can walk instead of driving in rush hour traffic. You can be on your iPhone or Blackberry less, and disconnected sometimes. Your environment doesn’t control your life---you do. I’m not going to tell you how to give you a step-by-step guide to moving slower.
1. Do less.
Cut back on your projects, on your task list, on how much you try to do each day. Focus not on quantity but on quality. Save smaller, routine tasks for later in the day, but give yourself time to focus.
2. Have fewer meetings.
And they eat into your day, forcing you to squeeze the things you really need to do into small windows, and making you rush.
3.
When you do the important things with focus, without rush, there will be things that get pushed back, and that don’t get done. And you need to ask yourself: how necessary are these things? What would happen if I stopped doing them?
4. Practice mindfulness.
Simply learn to live in the present, rather than things so much about future or the past. When you eat, fully appreciate your food. When you are with someone, be with them fully. When you are walking, appreciate your surroundings, no matter where you are.
Try these things out. Life is better when unrushed.

A.Start to put off or cancel the unnecessary.
B.Meetings are usually a “big waste of time”.
C.The world likely won’t end if you don’t pass one of the examinations.
D.But here are some things to consider and perhaps adopt(采纳), if they work for your life.

E. Remember the quote: if nature can get everything done without rushing, so can you.
F. Pick 2—3 important things---or even just one important thing---and work on those first.
G. Give yourself more time to get ready and get there.
