How are you those days? I have been missing you very much after I went to college a year ago. Whenever I think of the old days, I feel very happily. Last summer holiday, I go to Dalian with my parents. We traveled there on
air. Dalian is a very beautiful and modern city. In morning, we arrived at the hotel.
After breakfast, we began us tour. First, we took a bus to Sea Park. There were such
many different kinds of fish that I couldn’t believe my eye. Then we had lunch in a
restaurant. The seafood, which is well-known, was delicious. After lunch we went
swim. During this trip, we also went to another places of interest. Several days later,
we left for Dalian. We felt very happily. This was the reason why we didn’t feel tired.

Looking at the map of the world, and we can see that three quarters of the earth are covered by water. However, we are short of water, it sounds strange to you. But it is true. You see, 97% of the total water in the world is sea water, which is so salt that man can drink it. So only 3% of the water can be drunk or used for man. And the drinkable water comes from rivers, lakes and underground. Man even can’t use them completely, because the water contains icebergs and glaciers. All what is the worst is that water in some parts has been polluted or is being polluted. How can we drink? So something must be done to protect water from polluted.

It was 7:15 in the morning of February 8, 2007.I was walking along Park Road towards the east whilean old man came out of the park on the other sides of thestreet．Then I saw a yellow car drive up Third Street and madea right turn into Park Road．The next moment the car hitthe man while she was crossing the road. Last weekend we went mountain-climbing. Even the heavy rain in the morning could not prevent us go. Setting off very early, we went along an extreme narrow road, all in high spirits. On every side of the road were green fields and some farm house. We could hear the sound of the rain and our footsteps mixing with our laughter. At noon we reached top of the mountain. That surprised us most was the beauty of the scenery there. After having a short rest and sharing with the food we had bought, we started going down. It rained even harder. We are wet to the skin, and we still sang and laughed happily.
