Children laugh often and easily. But as we grow up, we laugh less and feel more stressed. Try laughing for no reason at all. That’s how thousands of people start their day at Laughter Clubs around the world, and doctors now think that having a good laugh may be one of the best ways to keep healthy. The first Laughter Club was started in Mumbai ,India ,in June,1995 by Dr Madam Kataria. “ Young children laugh about 300 times a day. Adults laugh between 7 and 15 times a day, ”says Dr Kataria . “Everyone’s naturally good at laughing . We want people to feel happy with their lives.” There are now more than 500 Laughter Clubs in India and over 1,300 worldwide.

In my country, daily(日常的) meals usually start with breakfast. People usually have something to drink for breakfast, like tea with sugar and lemon, cold or warm milk or Coke. Many people have some bread, egg, hamburgers and so on. We must always remember that breakfast must be healthy and light.
The noon is lunchtime, many people take their meals to schools or their workplaces, but some people like going to a restaurant or having fast food in McDonald’s. I think that these meals are not healthy. We can have some rice with some vegetables or meat. More healthy fish and poultry(禽肉) slowly replace beef and pork. It’s healthy to drink one glass of water, juice or tea after each meal.

How do you feel when you get up in the morning? Happy and active or tired and weak?
Do you often wake up with a headache? Well, if the answer is yes, take Dr. Talbot's advice and start feeling better.
☆ Get up and move. If you hate feeling tired and unhappy, you should start exercising, Try running, swimming or cycling. When we exercise, our body produces special chemicals (化学药品) that give us energy and make us feel happier. If you can't stand exercising, listen to your favorite music and dance to it. That's exercise, too.
☆ Eat healthily. You should eat three balanced (均衡的)meals every day and you shouldn't eat too much fast food. If you need some extra (额外的) energy the whole day, make an energy drink. Mix (混和) together fresh fruit juice and low-fat milk. It tastes great!
☆ Go out and enjoy nature. The smell of flowers will make you feel happy. Even the smell of your favorite food can change the way you feel!
☆ Wake your body up. When you have a shower, change the temperature of the water----from hot to cold and back to hot again. You'll feel the difference.
☆ Laugh! You should laugh for, at least, three minutes, three times a day. It will make you feel great!
