Some children are natural-born bosses. They have a strong need to make decisions, manage their environment, and lead rather than follow. We have two daughters Kristen is seven years old and Kelly is four. Last Sunday evening, we invited some people home for dinner. Whoever has made a voyage up the Hudson River must remember the Catskill Mountains.
