Today my family went on an outing to Tai Po . I rode bike with my sister .We felt excitedly . Mum and Dad had a picnic . Mum makes some sandwiches.They were delicious ! We ate a lot and were full . Since that we flew a kite . My sister ran and fell down .She cried loudly and noisily .Mum and Dad was upset . So I told my sister , “ I fell down when I was four but I didn’t cry . Now you are six year old . Why are you crying ? ” My sister was angry to hear for that . She cried louder and louder .So Dad told to her a joke . Then he laughed . Mum and I were happy , too. How a wonderful day !

I like music very much, pop songs particularly. Every evening then I am doing homework and at weekends when I at home, I always play some of my favorite songs on my tape recorder. The familiar patterns of notes attracts me into the colourfully world of music. Now and then I stopped to follow the songs. Sometimes, my mother comes in, asking me to fix my attention to my homework. She does not like the pop music. Like most grown-ups, she enjoys folk songs, because the peaceful music reminds her of their beautiful life when she was young. It is a truth which people of different age understand music differently and enjoy different kinds of music.

It is reported, some needy students receive financial support from some kind people but never express our thanks. Personally, I think they are wrong. Though the helpers didn't expect any reward in return, it is necessary and good manner to say “thank you”. Besides, it is a basic social skill express ourselves in modern society. Maybe some of them do feel thankfully. It is only because they are afraid of looked down upon which they remain silent. But I just want to say that being poor for a moment doesn't means you will be poor forever.

I was very exciting when I boarded the flight for Taiwan. The plane flew for about four hours after it landed on the island. On arrival, we were greeted by local guide. We stayed in Taiwan for eight day. During our stay, we went boating in Riyuetan Pool, that is a beautiful lake. We visited Mountain Ali, where we went hiking. We also have a good time in Tailu Pavilion and Kending Park. That impressed us mostly was that the local people were very friendly. Wherever we went, they were given a warm welcome. Although our trip was very busy, but it was pleasant.

Dear Editor,
I'm writing to tell you about a shocked incident that happened in Beijing Zoo in the afternoon of Feb 23rd.
I was visiting the zoo that afternoon while I heard bears roaring terribly. I hurried to the place where the bears lived at. I saw the black bear badly injured and one of them roll on the ground painfully. It was hurt too serious to move a foot. The people around was shocked, angry and blaming the wrongdoer. I learned that was a student from a famous university in Beijing who caused the trouble. He pulled sulfur and acid onto the bears or pretending to feed them.
What an shame! Animals are our friends and something must be done to prevent them from being injured.
