One day my uncle had been riding a horse in rain when he reached a small restaurant．Wet and cold，and he wanted to warm him very much．However, the restaurant was too crowded with people that he could not get near the fire．“Taking some fish to my horse!”he called out to the waiter．“Sorry,sir．But a horse didn’t eat fish!”the waiter answered，“Never mind，just do as I tell you，”my uncle said．The crowd of people felt surprising at the strange order．To see a horse eat fish，all of whom ran out．Having the whole room to himself,my uncle sat down besides the fire and began warm himself．

Recently, smog weather has became more and more serious in parts of China. People forced to wear masks to avoid breathe poisonous air. To settle this problem, the series of measures should be taken. First, we should enact(颁布) more strict law on environmental protection to regulate the industrial punish those factories what ignore the protection. Second, we should develop environmentally-friendly products to improve air quality. Besides, people should build up protection awareness to form a habit by using green products or saving energy. In my opinion, if we all act together, their environment will become more better.

Dear Grandpa,
How are you those days? I have been missing you very much after I went to college a year ago. Whenever I think of the old days, I feel very happily. I still remember when I was child, you always held me in your arms and told me stories till I fall asleep. We often went to the fields to enjoy the pleasant view there. You told me the name of different plants and their characteristics. Gradually, I became interesting in biology and chose to learn biology when I entered into the college. I still remember how nervously I was on my first day in the new school three years before. I found it how difficult to follow my teacher in first English class. She spoke in English throughout the class ,that was totally different as the lessons I had taken before. In the morning class the next day, my English teacher came to me while she was reading the text aloud. After listen to me for a while, she gave me a big smile and said she like my voice very much. The day I had been looking forward finally came. In the morning, I got up at six, and set off to a park lied in the south of the city, where I would get together with my old friends. Because we were in the different schools, and all busy with our studies, we couldn’t see each other as regular as before. When I got there I was disappointed that one of my old friend, Kate, didn’t keep his word, and failed to come. I miss her very much, or also the wonderful days we had spent together. How I hoped she would get into the university she had been dreamed of!
Once a man got on a bus for New York. He hid in toilet, because he did not want to pay. But a passenger saw her. She tapped the person in front of her on the shoulder and say, "There's a bum(流浪汉) in the toilet. Tell the bus driver." The message was past from person to person. But anywhere along the way, it changed. The bus driver was told that there was a bomb in the toilet. He immediate stopped the bus and telephoned the police. When the police came in, they told the passengers to get off the bus or stay far away. Then they closed the highway. This soon caused a 15-miles-long traffic jam. Under the help of a dog, the police searched for two hours. Of course they found no bomb!
