I was used to spend happy time with my grandfather, but as I grew up, I gradually started to become self-centered. Once, when I was 8, I went out shopping with him. As he and I took the wrong bus but got lost outside, I could not stay calm and shout rudely at him. I was so stubborn at a time that I wouldn’t say sorry after returning home, believing that I had done nothing wrong. I know now how ridiculous I was at that time! Yet, when I true wanted to express my regret, my grandfather had left me forever, left me with no more chances to apologize for my mistake. We are spent much time at school now, while little time is left for you to spend at home with our families. A concert was given to several famous singers last Saturday. Tickets were very hardly to get. Since I wanted to attend that concert, I bought one at the high price. When I first learnt to write with English, I ran into many difficulties. The mainly problem was that I always thought in Chinese but tried to translate everything into English. A teacher advised mekeep my diary. I followed her advice and should put down 100 words or so each day. Soon I began to enjoy talk to myself on paper as I was learning to express me in simple English. One day I wrote a little story and showed to my teacher. She liked it a lot and reads it to the class. All said the story was a good one. Their word were a great encouragement to me.
Last week we held a discussion on which we should do for our school before we graduate．The students in our class have different suggestion．Some students thought that we can collect money to buy some books for the school library or everything else for the schoo1．Others students think that it’s not necessary to spend money．we can study hard and make our school feeling proud of us．
In my opinion，we don’t have to spend money．we can do something meaningfully with out money. For an example，we can do some voluntary work to beautify the school and try to get better results in the coming exams so that our school will proud of us．

Nowadays, almost every family has TV set, and everyone like watching TV. TV has become part of life. TV has many advantages, for example, it informs us the latest news what is happening in the world; it can broaden our minds, enlarge our knowledge and also helps us to see more of the world. So, it also has some disadvantages. People waste too much time in watching the TV and his normal life and work are affected. To the children who spend too much time watch TV, it can do harm to their sight and healthy. So we should control the time of watching TV.
