The Spring Bud Project was organized by the China Children and Teenagers’ Fund(CCTF), under the leadership( 领导) of the All China Women’s Federation(联合会). The fund was started by Madam Zhou Jiebing, who donated 1 million Hong Kong dollars.

A concert under the theme of the 28-year-old charity song Let the World Be Filled with Love is set to bring 100 celebrated singers to perform in Quanzhou in southeast China’s Fujian Province next month.
