Last Sunday, I went to the zoo with Lily. There was lots of people there. I found a girl cry in the zoo. She was lost and can’t find her mother. We decided to help her. I come back from Britain last week. I was luckily enough to be one of the student from different countries to visit the UK from Feb. 16 to 28. We paid a visit to many places, like London, Oxford or the Lake District. I learned much about British culture and history in the London, where was my favorite. I also liked Oxford, in which I saw much more old buildings. The Lake District was beautiful, but it was pity that it rained heavily when they were there. The most excited thing for me in Britain was that I made a lot of friends there.
The main purpose of newspapers are to provide news. If you examine newspapers closely, you find that there are all type of news accidents, floods, fires , wars, sports, books, etc. The news covers everything which happens on people and their surroundings. Sometimes there are news items which are very amused. A news report is usually very short, except for when it is very important, so it has a lot of information. It is also written in short paragraphs. The first paragraph was in fact a summary of the news items. It gives all the necessary informations what, when, where, how, and why. The other paragraphs give full details of the subject.

Nowadays, it is very easily to find a student who is nearsighted. What’s worse, the number of nearsighted students are still increasing. From my point of view, there are many reason that can cause nearsightedness. First and foremost, the wrong posture will easily result from nearsightedness. Read in the dark places can lead to nearsightedness as well as. Moreover, too much reading without a rest can be other important reason. My dear friends, it is high time that we paid attention to protect our eyes. The most useful method is do eye exercises more often and relax for a while after reading. Watching green trees could also do good to the eyes.
