Dear Sir，
Thank you for invite me to the summer English course in your school．As for your choice between the two courses, I prefer the four-week course because of this will allow me more time to do some traveling but make a few new friends．Of all the subject I’m learning at school, I like English best．I had been learning English for eleven years but my spoken English remains poorly．So I really hope to take this chance improve it．If possible, I’d like to stay with a family for a couple of days in order that I can know some customs in England, that I’m particularly interested in．I believe I will have wonderful time this summer．

Mr. Johnson is a hardworking teacher. Every day, he spends too much time with his work. With little sleep and hardly any break, so he works from morning till night. A Frenchman is once visiting London. He wished to take a walk to see a city. But he was afraid he might get being lost because he knew no words of English. So after he left his hotel, he stopped on the first corner and carefully copied in his notebook the names of the street where he was staying. Then he walked on. At last, he got lost. In several hours he found a policeman .The Frenchman tried his best to explain the policeman that he didn’t know the name of his hotel, and he knew the name of the street. Last Sunday I saw a worst storm in years. It came sudden and went on for over three hours. After lunch, I went into my room to have a rest. The air was hot, but all was quiet. Then a strong wind started to blow into my room. Pieces of paper on my desk flew high into the air and some flew out the open window. As I ran out to catch it, big drop of rain began to fall. When I come back into my house, it was raining more harder and harder. Then I heard a loud sound from the back of the house. When I ran out of my room to find out that had happened, a big tree had fallen down and broke the top of the backroom.
