Physical activity is known to reduce the risk of some diseases such as heart disease, stroke and diabetes. It is also known to increase the release of endorphins(安多芬)which reduce feelings of pain and help people feel more happy and peaceful. Some experts believe it is the act of exercising itself. Others say it is the feeling one gets from having met an exercise goal. Either way, the two things work together when it comes to improving one’s emotional health.
Aerobic exercise gets out heart rate going faster and increases our breathing. Activities like walking at an increased speed, dancing, swimming or riding a bicycle are good examples. Muscle-strengthening activities help build and strengthen muscle groups in the body.
Experts sat adults should get at least two and a half hours of aerobic exercise each week. Mote intense activities reduce the suggested amount of time to one hour and fifteen minutes.
Earlier advice from the Centers for Disease Control said people need to exercise thirty minutes each day for at least five days to get the health benefits of exercise. Learning disabilities are problems that affect the brain’s ability to receive, process, analyze, or store information. The most common and best-known verbal learning disability is dyslexia(诵读困难), which causes people to have trouble recognizing or processing letters and the sounds associated with them. Learning disabilities make up at least 10 percent of the population at present.
People with learning disabilities have average or above-average intelligence, but their difficulties in managing the information their brains receive hold them back in school and at work, causing problems with self-esteem(自尊). One of the most painful aspects of having a learning disability is to have your brain’s inability to process information in certain ways mistaken for low intelligence. The disability usually only affects certain limited areas of a child’s development. In fact, rarely are learning disabilities severe enough to influence a person’s potential to live a happy, normal life.
Causes of learning disabilities are various. Environmental factors, complications during pregnancy, genetic influences, CNS(Central Nervous System) infections are all possible factors. Signs of learning disabilities may vary from person to person. Some have difficulty in speaking, spelling, listening or understanding; some can’t recognize words previously learned and others may have problems with math, direct attention or physical coordination(协调).
Diagnosis(诊断)includes intellectual, educational, speech and language, medical, and psychological evaluations. The important thing is to follow up on any concerns, whether you notice something wrong at home or a teacher raises a red flag. A specialist in learning disabilities may not be as knowledgeable about other conditions that may contribute to learning difficulties. For the diagnosis of learning difficulties, IQ test can be taken which will give the results of learning disabilities. The specialist will test sensory disorders that can lead to learning problems.
The good news about learning disabilities is that while they’re permanent, they’re also treatable. Learning disabilities fall within the class of Neurological(神经学的)issues called developmental disabilities, in which they limit success in one or more major life areas, and they can’t be reversed(彻底转变)by meditation. Among these sources are doctors, special education, teachers and mental health professionals who can help identify learning disabilities and recommend the right combination of medical, psychological, and educational treatment.

A、One Important Factor in Conversation B、It’s not Difficult to Talk Well. C、A Famous Master of the Art D、Pronunciation and Usage E、What Makes a Good Talker F、Talk with Strangers |
_________________
The ancient Greeks were very good at making conversations, and the greatest talker of them all was philosopher Socrates. His pupil, Plato, recorded some of his supposed conversations, and we read them in ‘The dialogues’ of Plato. In many classrooms today, Socrates’ method of teaching is used._________________
The best talkers appear to have a great interest in and love for their fellow creatures; a curiosity about the world in general; some powers of observation and reflection; respect for their own opinions and tolerance for those of others; and quick thinking. And they talked for the fun of it, not to show off their knowledge._________________
A good voice must have the help of good speech, whose two assistants are clear enunciation(清晰发音)and correct pronunciation. Poor enunciation may suggest to your listeners that you lack consideration, and that you are not especially concerned about their opinion of you.________________
Pronunciation is settled by common agreement of the community or group speaking the particular language or dialect. For standard pronunciation of words, a dictionary is your best friend. The usage of words is somewhat the same as pronunciation. To be accurate in your use of words is very important in your conversation. Dictionaries usually provide the usage of words. So whenever you meet with new words, it is a good idea to look them up in the dictionary._________________
Think of meeting a stranger as a chance to have a good time to talk, to make a friend. Look with a smile directly into the other’s eyes when you are introduced, and shake hands with a firm, friendly clasp. This will give you confidence. Then try to have a smooth and pleasant conversation with him.

We always convince ourselves that life will be better after we get married, have a baby, than another. Then we are frustrated that the kids aren't old enough and we'll be more content when they are. After that we're frustrated that we have teenagers to deal with. We will certainly be happy when they are out of that stage..________
We always tell ourselves that our life will be complete when our spouse gets his or her act together. When we get a nice car,and are able to go on a nice vacation when we retire. The truth is,there's no better time than right now. If not now, when? our life will always be filled with challenges. It's best to admit this to ourselves and decide to be happy anyway..________
One of my favorite quotes comes from Alfred Souza. He said,“For a long time it had seemed to me that life was about to beginreal life. But there was always some obstacle in the way, something to be gotten through first, some unfinished business, time still to be served,a debt to be paid.._________
Then life would begin. At last it dawned on me that these obstacles were my life. This perspective has helped me to see that there is no way to happiness. Happiness is the way. So treasure every moment that you have.._________
And remember that time waits for no one. So stop waiting until you finish school, until you go back to school; until you get married, until you get divorced; until you have kids; until you retire; until you get a new car or home; until spring; until you are born again to decide that there is no better time than right now to be happy.
Happiness is a journey,not a destination. So,work like you don't need money,love like you've never been hurt,And dance like no one's watching.
