My name is Michelle Kwan. When I was five year old, I began skating. I skate several hours a day every day of the week. When I was 13, I was performed at my first National Championships. But it was a disappointed performance, made me very upset. I decided to work even hard. The next year, I won the second place. After that, I went on to winning a silver medal at the 1998 Olympics and my world championships. I still practice every day. How? Because I know it takes great effort to reach top and stay there. During the summer holidays this year, I thought I should do anything meaningful instead of staying at home, so I have got a job at a KFC fast food restaurant, worked there as a cleaner．I worked seven hours a day for three weeks．
