Last Saturday the students of our class made a bike trip to a small town by the Tai hu Lake. We set off earlier in the morning. After getting to the town, we visit some places of interest. At noon, we had picnic near the town. Everybody was attracted by the beautifully scenery and we took a lot of picture there. In the afternoon, some of us went fishing, some rowed boats on the water, but others flew kites. We both had a wonderful time! It was a pleasant trip for them, during which the boys were offered the girls a lot of help. We have learned to help, understand and sharing with others. In a word, we have got quite a lot from it.

When father bought me a computer as a birthday present in last year, I felt very exciting. As we all know, computers are getting more usefully nowadays. Much information can be stored in it. We can learn what has lately happened in the world on Internet. People had to do lots of work which was very danger. Now, computers can do it instead. When an exam is come, I do exercises on my computer. Then it will correct them but tell me the right answers. It is convenient for me to prepare for the exam than before. The computer have become a real friend of mine.

I’m very glad to be invited to an English summer camp.
I prefer to going in July because I’ll have to prepare ourselves for the new school term in August. It seemed that all the activities you offer are attract and meaningful. But after have a discussion with my parents, I’ve decided to attend the English lectures, from them I can get more information on British and American culture. As a large group international people working, living or traveling in our country, communication becomes very important. I hope to teach foreigner Chinese and spread Chinese culture.

A lady once wrote a long story and sent to a famous editor. After a few week, the story was returned to her. The lady got very angrily. She wrote to the editor, “Dear sir, how do you know why the story is not good? You didn't read it. After I sent it to you, I pasted pages 21, 22 or 23 together. This was a test to see whether I would really read the story. When it came back, the pages still pasted together. Is this the way in that you read the stories that are sent to you?” The editor writes back, “Dear madam, at breakfast when I open an egg, I don't have to eat the whole egg in order to discover that it is bad.”
Knowing how to do in case of fire is important. If the fire broke out, what would you do? First, you should warn everyone in the building about the danger. Don’t panic or start shouting. Be calmly and act quickly. Second, you and all the others should be get out of the building. Don’t stop take anything with you. Once you are out of the building, stay out. Do not go back for some reason. Finally, when you are out of the building, calling the fire police. Don’t try to put off the fire yourself. That can be dangerous if you do.

April 15, 2014 Tuesday
This morning I saw off my uncle at the railway station. In the waiting room,
I saw an old lady crying sadly because of she had lost her ticket and was not able
to buy other one. I was thinking about helping her while two PLA men come up to
comfort her. Then they bought her a ticket with his own money. An old lady was
so moving that she could hardly say a word. She grasped their hands and asked for
their names and addresses. And they only smiled and said, “ It’s our pleasure. We
have done that we should.” Then they left. What lovely PLA men! I must learn
them to serve the people heart and soul.
