Failure is common in our life. No one can avoid them. When we fail in doing something, we often feel very depressing. Sometimes failure can make us lose hearts. So no one are willing to fail. On the contrary, success can bring us sense of pride. If one enjoys his continuous success in his career, he will have confidence to himself. Therefore, failure is the mother of success. A failure doesn’t mean one can never be successfully. Those who are always afraid of failure they will never succeed. In a word, as long as we can get some lessons and experiences from our failure, we’ll be sure to succeed.

Dear Tom,
I know there have trouble for you to communicate with others, and you may often feel lonely．That's why you are new from here and people don't know about you．But I think you can make it if you can follow the advices below．
First, you should take a active part in the discussions and show your own opinions about the matters．At the same time, never fail to listening to other people's views．Second, you should learn your classmates' likes and dislikes．Only in this way can you be able to get to know more different people and show them that you are actually very friendly．Last but not least, I will always be ready to help you．We can take part in some activities together, that I can introduce you to others．

Ask your friend that he can use a glass of water as a musical instrument. Of course, he can’t.
Next, you take a glass of water, put your finger into the water and then move it slow round the
rim of the glass, as showing in the picture. Your finger must not be too wet, but it must be dry. So you have to try many time. At last you will hear clear music which came from the glass. When your finger moves round the rim, it makes the glass to vibrate and the glass makes a musical sound. The same principle makes the violin or its strings give music.

One day, a little girl felt down onto the ground．A boy went over and wanted to help her up, but his mother stopped him, say, “Don’t do that, or others will think you had knocked her down.”
Another day, the mother, much surprised, saw that their son just watched the fallen oil bottle lying on the ground as if nothing has happened．When asked why, the son answered, “If I had help the bottle up, you would have thought that I did it.”
I don’t agree with what the mother did．I think that parents should let their children to know it is a pleasure to help others who is in trouble．We are big family．We should care for and help each other．

How time flies! We will have to say goodbye after a week, but I will never forget the beautiful days when we spent together. In my memory, you are such kind a person that you will always offer me help wherever I get into trouble. You are the most considerate person who know exactly what I need in our class.
Do you still remember that night twenty years ago? When I suddenly fell ill, you carried me to nearest hospital. Moreover, you attended to me careful while I was staying in hospital. Later, you managed to help me with my lesson. Without your help, I can not have passed the exam. Though we are parting soon, but I will keep the favors you’ve ever done me in mind.

My little cousin is greatly interested on science. And he does some dangerous experiments sometime. Although his parents want to encourage him to be great scientist, at times they worry about his safety. Last week, when my cousin was doing an experiment, he hurts his thumb. My aunt felt sadly and wanted him to stop from doing that experiment. However, my cousin didn’t want to give up. She said, “Many scientists got hurt when they were doing experiments, so they didn’t give up.” My aunt had to let him finish the experiments and he finally succeeded in finish it.
