I have a good friend who name is Liu Mei. She is our monitor and one of the excellent student in our class. Clever as she is, but she works very hard. We have a lot on common and have a lot to talk about. One evening she told me that something happened when her parents was out.
She was doing her homeworks one Sunday morning when she smelt something burning. She stopped look out of the window and find a cloud of smoke coming out of her neighbor's house. She called 119 immediate. Ten minutes later, the firemen came and put out fire. Her neighbor
was very thankful for her help.

As the high school student, I like to talk with foreigners to practise my oral English but
learn more about other cultures. There were two foreign teachers in our school in this term.
They often go to the English corner so that we can have a chance to practise the language.
I seize every chance talk with them. However, I sometime find they are not so interesting
in what I say, and it’s hard for I to choose a suitable topic. I would like some advices about
how to communicate proper with foreigners, and what topics to pick.

Dear Grandpa,
Now I believe that London have the best museums. But today I only had time to see two of them. I went the British Museum this morning. As she hadn’t got enough time, I had to run upstairs and the downstairs from one hall to other. Three hours late, I felt very tiring. Then I got to the Wax Museum.
Lucky, I did not wait for a long time to buy a ticket. I took lots of picture. Here are one of them. Don’t you think it is very beautiful?

An American and a Frenchman decided to cross the sea between France and England
in the balloon in 1784. High over the water, they discover a hole in the balloon.
The hole became bigger and bigger. The air keeps the balloon up were escaping quickly
and the balloon was coming up. The two men threw all their equipment into the water
to make the balloon light. It started to rise higher again. So it was still too
close to the water. Finally, the men threw away most of his clothes to save
themselves. The crowd waiting for to greet them in England was very surprised see
this when the balloon landed in front of them.

Those, who wants to buy the book, should go here as soon as possible and get your money ready for. By eleven o’clock tomorrow morning the money should be give either to me nor to our monitor. We’ll go to buy the books tomorrow afternoon.
