A young man called Low-Carbon Brother become a hit on the Internet in 2011. He suggests living a low carbon life, which means using less energy in our daily life so that we can help reducing carbon dioxide in the air. For example, she always picks up some waste paper on the street or uses the blank side to write something. While he is watching TV, he always turns up the screen brightness to the minimum and turns off the light. Therefore, he goes to work by bike instead of driving. Some people think what he is doing is just a show. No one can live such a simply life with so many modern invention around us. As far as I am concerned, I am strongly in favor his idea and his behavior. Although what he is doing has no huge effect on global warming, but he at least can enjoy a healthy life.

It's been a week after we left your family and we are now back home. Thank you very much for showing them around your city and providing us for the wonderful meals. However, my father had to return to work on Monday, and we fly back last Saturday afternoon. It was really a nice experience. If you'd like to make trip to our city some day, I will be better than happy to be your guide.

I like music very much, pop songs particularly. Every evening then I am doing homework and at weekends when I at home, I always play some of my favorite songs on my tape recorder. The familiar patterns of notes attract me into the colourfully world of music. Now and then I stopped to follow the songs. Sometimes, my mother comes in, asked me to fix my attention to my homework. Last week I went to visit to my former neighbor, Mr. Yang. He and I used to living next to
each other for many years. About half a year ago, an order came which the old building, along
with many other similar ones, were going to be pulled down to make room for a main street.
So I had to move apart. Mr. Yang now lives in the suburbs near a beautiful park. His new
apartment is much big than before. The only problem is that it took quite a long time to get to
the downtown area. Therefore, Mr. Yang doesn’t seem to worry about the long distance. He
says that new subway line is to be built in a few year and he is sure life will be better in
the future.
