假定英语课上老师要求同桌之间交换修改作文，请你修改你同桌写的以下作文。文中共有10处语言错误，每句中最多有两处。每处错误仅涉及一个单词的增加、删除或修改。

I visited my aunt in the countryside near the city last week. I was surprising to see that great changes had been taken place in the countryside. In the past they were poor due to the lack of knowledge and experiences. Despite the fact that they spared no efforts to search of every possible means to make money, which seemed that all they did was in vain.
Now their family’s income reaches as many as 100, 000 yuan each year. Not only they have a house, a car and computers, they can also afford a trip abroad. When asking what else they need most, they said that if they have learned a little English , they would have been able to do business with foreigners directly. To their delight, my cousin can use that he has learned from university to help them in overseas trade.

I felt sadly yesterday when our teacher told us something
about Project Hope in class. It has set up to help the
children in the countryside who can't afford to going to
school. After school I come home. I was wondering if I
could do something for the Project then I caught sight
of my money-collecting box on the table. But I made
up my minds to send my pocket money to the children
who wanted to go to school. I wrote with a letter to them and
hurried to the post office. Iposted the money and sent her
best wishes together with the letter to them.
I spent most of my summer holidays travel in London. I arrived there in middle of July. After reaching my sister’s apartment I got many sleep. The next day I went to St Paul’s Cathedral, an amazing monument, that was well worth a visit. After take some photos in front of it, I moved on to the Tate Modern art gallery. There is an excellent exhibition of oil paintings and sculptures by some famous British artist. For dinner we went to the Ivy, a very beautifully restaurant. The food was good but the atmosphere was nice. It was a great day of sightseeing and one that would never be forgotten it.
I had a interesting dream last night. I dreamedthat I took part in a race. At first, I could not to run very fast and fell behind. So I didn’t lose heart and keptrunning. All the students on the playground cheer me on, “ Come on!” I was so encouraging that I ran faster and fast till I caught up all the other runners. I felt as if flying like a superman. In the end, I got to the finishing line first.I won the race. I felt very proudly of myself. Many of my classmate threw me up into the air. Just at that timeI woke up and found me still in bed!

How nice to hear you again. You want to know that is going on in schools in China? In short, thing have begun to improve from schools were called on to reduce learning load. I don’t know about others, but I used to have to work even at weekends doing endlessly homework and attending classes as well as. Now I have more free time. I can follow your own interests such as reading books, visit museums, and taking computer lessons. In the evening I could watch news on TV or read newspapers. What’s more, I can go to bed earlier. As far as I know, everyone is happy about this new arrange of things.
