There are lots of experience in our life. The most unforgettable one for me is the speech competition holding last year. I’m interested in English. When my English teacher told me that I had chosen to take part in the speech competition, I devoted me to the preparation. I was determined to win the first prize. I was such nervous when I stood on the stage that I forgot everything. Not until I caught a sight of my teacher did I calm down. Finally，I do a good job. When I heard I got the first prize，my heart was filled in joy and tears rolled down. Through this speech competition，I understand that it is confidence which makes people successfully.

I still remember my middle school life in Yibin. I was then in a school for student fromother places. As we were all left home at an early age, we meet lots of problems in our daily life. We had to do the washing, cleaning but shopping by us. However, we seldom felt lonely or helpless. We enjoyed our happy life. I am angry about the behavior of dishonest in exams. I’m not saying that I’m a good student and that I’ve never cheated. I once write the answers on my hand for a history test but, unluckily, caught by my teacher. Because she was one of my most favorites, there were no words to describe how sorry I felt at once. I thought cheat would help me keep my straight A’s. Little I know that I was hurting not only herself but also my teacher. From this lesson I know our teachers want their students to succeed by learning with their own and do the best they can, not by cheating.
