How to improve our study effectively

A great number of students can't finish their tasks，which leads to bad results and makes them

less interested in their study．How can we solve the problem？Here are some suggestions． 　 First ， we are supposed to have good study methods ， such as previewing the lessons before

class ， listening to the teacher carefully in class ， taking notes in time ， reviewing in time ， doing homework on time ， correcting mistakes at any time ．

Then ， it's helpful for study to have good health ． So we should spend at least an hour （ in ） exercising our body every day ．
